The caddie's word on refunds

Refund Policy

If my books don't earn their place in your bag, the money comes back to you.

Last updated: October 8, 2026

Angus MacRae

A caddie who gives bad advice doesn't get paid. That's fair. Here is how my money-back promise works, card by card.

The short of it

The 15-day promise

How long is the money-back guarantee?

15 days from your purchase. Ask in that time: all your money back, no questions asked.

Each purchase keeps its own 15 days.

How to claim

What do I do to get a refund?

Use the refund link in Hotmart's purchase email. Or log in to consumer.hotmart.com and find the purchase.

Or write to business@golfangus.com, using the email you bought with.

Back to you

How do I get the money?

It goes back to the same card or PayPal. Your bank will usually show it within 5–10 business days.

Seven days on the house

Do I pay for the free trial if I cancel?

You pay nothing. Cancel within the 7 free days and you won't be charged.

First payment

Is the membership's first payment refundable?

Yes. The 15-day money-back guarantee covers the first membership payment.

Calling it a day

When can I quit the membership?

Whenever you like. At consumer.hotmart.com, open the membership, then payment settings, then cancel subscription. Or write and I'll help.

Letters carry on to the end of the month you paid. No more charges come after that. Months gone by aren't refunded.

A charge you didn't expect

What if I forgot to cancel?

Send me a note within 15 days of that charge. Charged in error? The same applies. I'll take a look.

Stopping the letters

Does stopping the letters stop the charges?

No. If you unsubscribe, only the emails stop. The payment keeps going until you cancel at consumer.hotmart.com.

Past 15 days

What if I'm past the 15 days?

The guarantee window has closed. If something's wrong, write to me all the same.

The address

Where should refund requests go?

To business@golfangus.com, with the email you bought with.
